Oasis KGI Commons, a housing complex located on KGI’s campus and managed by The Michaels Organization (TMO), is apartment-style housing that includes an open outdoor plaza, student lounges, a swimming pool, fitness center, BBQ area, and 10,000 square feet of classroom space.
